Le Crouzet is an Organic Farming estate.
The grapes are harvested by hand on the hills of the Cabardès. The wine is made on the estate. Scottish ewes and cows graze in the vineyards.

Domaine Le Crouzet offers red, white and rosé wines, as well as grape juice and table grapes.
