LE LAUZIER

Located in the heart of the charming village of Caudebronde, you will stay on the first floor in a fully renovated, spacious and bright cottage. With its south-facing balcony overlooking the river, you will be lulled by the murmur of the water.

The 60 m² gîte comprises a living room/kitchen, a lounge, a bedroom (with a queen-size bed), a mezzanine, a shower room and separate WC. On the ground floor, there is a garage where you can park bicycles or motorbikes.

We can accommodate you for a minimum of 4 days.
Access to a small garden and parking in the private courtyard.
