Here, you can enjoy a magnificent one-hectare estate, nestled in the heart of the Montagne Noire. You’ll be staying in a setting surrounded by nature, in a place perfect for rest and relaxation. On site, you’ll have access to numerous communal areas where you can recharge your batteries, as well as some beautiful walking and mountain biking trails that pass right by the estate.

Just a few kilometres from the estate, there are plenty of places to visit in this area rich in heritage: the Brousses-et-Villaret paper mill, Saissac Castle, the Village du Livre in Montolieu, or even a swim in one of the many lakes dotted across the region.

On the estate, the owners offer a breakfast service, as well as access to a Finnish bath and a sauna for four people. You’ll also be able to enjoy the above-ground swimming pool, which is shared by all guests on the estate. Hélène and Vincent, the owners, also offer health and wellbeing support (energy healing and coaching). The estate also features a magnificent practice room which can host various wellness practitioners (yoga, biodanza, qi gong, etc.).

Our two charming traditional caravans have been lovingly built and furnished to comfortably accommodate two to three people. The bathroom and kitchen are in the communal areas.

Situated in the hamlet of Le Reilhols, part of the municipality of Miraval-Cabardès, the first floor of the outbuilding has been converted into accommodation for up to six people.

The accommodation is accessible at ground level from a private 2,000 m² garden where the hens are reared in the open air and roam freely under the watchful eye of Rico, the crowing cockerel.

Here, life follows the rhythm of the forest and the birdsong. We are surrounded by 320 hectares of woodland and forest.

In the heart of the Montagne Noire, you can enjoy a stunning setting where nature reigns supreme, surrounded by deep forests, lakes and hiking trails. From Caudebronde, you can easily reach the iconic sites of the Aude and Tarn regions, including the Cathar castles and the unspoilt landscapes of the Haut-Languedoc. The owner, who is also a reflexologist, contributes to the estate’s relaxing atmosphere, which is popular with families, cyclists and horse riders.

The ground floor brings together the living areas in a welcoming layout: a large living room with an open-plan kitchen, equipped with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge, a freezer and a kettle. The dining room and lounge complete this space, the latter offering a spacious 50 m² reception room equipped with a video projector. There is also a toilet on this floor.
Upstairs, you will find a bathroom with two showers, a separate toilet and four comfortable bedrooms, all on the same level to make group stays easier.

Outside, you have a private garden at the front of the gîte, whilst the rest of the grounds are shared with the owners and another accommodation unit. The terrace is furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue so you can make the most of sunny days.

The private swimming pool (7m × 5m, depth 1.20m), secured by a safety cover, is available from 1 June to 30 September.

Parking is provided in a private car park on the estate. Heating is available at an extra charge from 1 November to 1 May.

The peaceful surroundings, the mountain views and the wide open natural spaces are among the gîte’s major attractions.

Located on a property of over one hectare in Pradelles Cabardès, the cottage is ideally situated for a relaxing stay that is also rich in activities: hiking at Pic de Nore, swimming at Lake Birotos and numerous tourist sites less than 30 minutes away.

Le Petit Tulipier has a private terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, offering stunning views. Private parking is available on the property. The site is also a horse riding centre and will soon be offering treks with pack donkeys.

Le Tulipier is an old stone house renovated with natural materials. The ground floor opens onto a living room with a lounge area featuring a sofa with TV, a large dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with a separate WC. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a 180 cm bed and a 120 cm bed with a shower room. On the second floor, there is a second bedroom with a 180 cm bed and two 90 cm beds, also with a shower room and separate toilet. All bedrooms have a magnificent view. WiFi connection in the cottage. Linen and end-of-stay cleaning are optional. Pets are welcome. Petanque court and table tennis table available, as well as a bicycle storage room. Baby equipment available on request.

Pradelles Cabardes is the highest village in the Montagne Noire. Surrounded by forests and overlooking a peaceful lake, this village appeals to lovers of nature and the great outdoors. The trails wind their way through pine forests, vineyards and capitelles. Whether on foot or by bike, set off to explore the Pic de Nore and admire the Pyrenees in the distance. Swimming and fishing enthusiasts will find plenty to enjoy at the village lake, just a few minutes’ walk away.

When it comes to heritage, the medieval city of Carcassonne is a must-see. The Aude is also brimming with iconic sites to visit: the Cabrespine chasm, the Cathar castles of Lastours, Caunes-Minervois Abbey, the Cubservies waterfall and the Limousis caves.

The estate comprises two self-catering cottages as well as the owners’ house, ensuring privacy and tranquillity for everyone.
