LE TULIPIER – LE PETIT TULIPIER

Located on a property of over one hectare in Pradelles Cabardès, the cottage is ideally situated for a relaxing stay that is also rich in activities: hiking at Pic de Nore, swimming at Lake Birotos and numerous tourist sites less than 30 minutes away.

Le Petit Tulipier has a private terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, offering stunning views. Private parking is available on the property. The site is also a horse riding centre and will soon be offering treks with pack donkeys.

Le Tulipier is an old stone house renovated with natural materials. The ground floor opens onto a living room with a lounge area featuring a sofa with TV, a large dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with a separate WC. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a 180 cm bed and a 120 cm bed with a shower room. On the second floor, there is a second bedroom with a 180 cm bed and two 90 cm beds, also with a shower room and separate toilet. All bedrooms have a magnificent view. WiFi connection in the cottage. Linen and end-of-stay cleaning are optional. Pets are welcome. Petanque court and table tennis table available, as well as a bicycle storage room. Baby equipment available on request.

Nestled in the Montagne Noire mountains, above Villanière, the house has three bedrooms and a large air-conditioned living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge area and views over the valley. A large terrace overlooking the grounds offers breathtaking views of the Corbières. In summer, enjoy the swimming pool and the sound of cicadas singing.

CHAMBRE D’HÔTES LE MOULIN DE CALS

Charming house on the banks of the Dure river, where you can fish for trout, surrounded by a park-garden with remarkable trees, 4 minutes from Fontiers-Cabardès and Cuxac-Cabardès. The guest room is located on the first floor of a detached house, a former 16th-century watermill converted into a private residence in the 19th century. It consists of a large bedroom with a mezzanine where there are three small beds. You will have access to a fridge, coffee maker, microwave and everything you need for breakfast, as well as an air fryer for quick meals. Peace and quiet guaranteed.

LES CABANES DES FUMADES – CHEVREUIL

In the Occitanie region, in the department of Aude, in Fournes-Cabardès, in the heart of the Montagne Noire on an 86-hectare mid-mountain estate, Philippe and Valérie welcome you to their two cabins located in the middle of the forest at an altitude of 600 metres. The authenticity and beauty of the surroundings will welcome you to this wonderful place where nature is preserved.

The cabins are made from wood from the Fumades forest and built and insulated with natural materials. The roof is also made of cedar shingles and has no ecological impact on the environment. They have a surface area of 20 m² and a terrace of 22 m².

It’s a complete change of scenery, immersed in one of the few parts of France that is still wild.

A cabin below provides you with a microwave, a refrigerator and sockets for charging your phones. A cot can be provided on request.

You can stay here as a couple, with friends or with family. In the early morning, a hearty breakfast will be hung below the terrace, and a pulley will allow you to pull it up.
