The Gîte Quertineux, a 3-star accommodation, is a 70 m² two-storey flat, designed to accommodate up to 6 people.
It offers every comfort. It features modern furnishings and is equipped with air conditioning and free fibre-optic Wi-Fi, so you can stay connected throughout your stay. You’ll be captivated by the unobstructed views of the river, the mountains and the four castles of Lastours, including the Quertineux Tower, from which the gîte takes its name.
Upstairs, you’ll find:
– a spacious, light-filled living room with a large flat-screen TV and access to cable channels,
– a fully equipped Schmidt kitchen, allowing you to prepare your meals with ease,
– two bedrooms with 140 cm double beds, fitted with comfortable mattresses and cotton bed linen for a restful night’s sleep,
– a family bathroom with toiletries, towels and a hairdryer,
– a separate toilet,
– a separate utility room with cleaning products at your disposal,
– a balcony with double doors, where you can enjoy taking in the surroundings.
On the ground floor, you’ll find the third bedroom, just as comfortable as the other two. Like the others, it features a 140 cm bed, a comfortable mattress, cotton bed linen, as well as wardrobes and chests of drawers.
You’ll also have access to a large communal garden by the river, furnished with outdoor furniture for your moments of relaxation. A car park located directly opposite the flat is also available for your use.
