Tucked away in a sloping alleyway in the heart of the village is a gourmet inn.
Run by Carmen and Patrick Malié, it is attracting more and more food lovers keen to discover ‘genuine’ and delicious local produce. Booking is therefore recommended.
And the reason it’s attracting more and more food lovers is that the dishes are of high quality and prepared with fresh produce: meats grilled in the imposing open fire, charcuterie from the Montagne Noire… Even the salads are a treat.
The flavour combinations are spot on, the welcome is warm, and the setting is charmingly rustic.
Young food lovers are catered for too: children have their own menu. This is undoubtedly a restaurant on the rise; indeed, those who know it have only one wish: to return as soon as possible.
