DEMEURE BERGAMOTE DE FONTIERS – CHAMBRE ROUGE ET BLEUE

Fontiers-Cabardès, a charming village in the Aude department of Occitanie, is nestled in the heart of the Montagne Noire. You’ll be staying on a fully enclosed 7-hectare estate, featuring two lakes, one of which is suitable for swimming. Myriam will share her passion for her craft with you and introduce you to the range of wellness products they produce themselves.

After your excursions, enjoy a moment of relaxation in the unheated indoor swimming pool, or treat yourself to a session in the estate’s hammam (€20 per person per hour).

The family suite is situated on the first floor of the manor house and comprises two bedrooms with a central bathroom. There is a separate toilet.

Depending on the season, breakfast is served either indoors or outdoors on the large panoramic terrace.

LE CALSOU

A dream holiday destination awaits you right here in Caudebronde, in the Aude department, in the Montagne Noire, between Carcassonne and Mazamet. This unique and idyllic little village, on the banks of the River Dure, is sure to offer you a real change of scenery!

At the ‘Calsou’ holiday cottage, you’ll feel right at home. It sleeps up to six people, making it ideal for a break with family or friends.

This country-style house comprises three bedrooms, with a total of two very large beds (160 x 200 cm) and two single beds, a lovely living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge with a large-screen TV and Wi-Fi, as well as a garden by the river with a barbecue and garden furniture.

The Chalet ‘La Dura’ is a chalet that can accommodate up to 6 people. It is located at the end of the Caudebronde Municipal Campsite in the heart of the Montagne Noire, a small village of 225 inhabitants, between the fountain, the forest and the river.

The ‘La Dura’ chalet can accommodate 6 people. It offers a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, garden furniture, duvet, blanket, pillows and cushions. Only bed linen, towels and cleaning are not included. The decor is modern and colourful, with light colours that inspire calm.

A large terrace with a very large bay window offers a magnificent view of the Dure (the stream running through the village). The sound of gently flowing water and birdsong will soothe you and provide natural refreshment during the summer season.

CHALET « LA FONT » – CHALETS AU BORD DE L’EAU

The Chalet ‘La Font’ is a chalet that can accommodate people with reduced mobility. It is located at the end of the Caudebronde Municipal Campsite in the heart of the Montagne Noire, a small village of 225 inhabitants, between the fountain, the forest and the river.

The chalet ‘La Font’ can accommodate 5 adults and 1 child. It offers an adapted bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, garden furniture, duvet, blanket, pillow and cushions. Only bed linen, towels and cleaning are not included.

The decor is modern and colourful, with light colours that inspire calm. A ramp for people with reduced mobility leads to the terrace and the entrance to the property.
